Returns

Please email your return or exchange request to info@theposhpeacock.co.  All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of verified delivery date provided by carrier. Returns outside of that time-frame may be accepted at the discretion of The Posh Peacock only. Upon approval of your return or exchange request, The Posh Peacock will provide a return label for all items purchased over $250 or please send all returns to:

Returns can be made at the store's physical location.

All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of return approval by The Posh Peacock. 

Each returned item will be inspected and processed within 3 business days of delivery to The Posh Peacock. The customer will be notified via email when the refund has been issued. Please allow at least 7 business days for a refund to post to your account. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

All special orders, custom and one of a kind pieces are final sale. 

Online orders may be returned to store location within the approved return window. 

Purchases made prior to sale markdowns are not eligible for a price adjustment.

Promotional discounts cannot be applied to a “Final Sale” purchase.

Promotional codes must be applied at time of checkout and cannot be retroactively applied.

The Posh Peacock is unable to accommodate requests to price match other retailers or offer price adjustments once an order has been placed via our website.
